WORK ON THE NEW FILM BY MAGDALENA PIEKORZ COMPLETED
Work on ZBLIŻENIA, the new production by Magdalena Piekorz, has come to a close at ALVERNIA STUDIOS, where colour correction, special effects’ production, music recording and the final mix took place.

The new film from the director of PRĘGI and SENNOŚĆ is an emotional account of a complicated relationship between a mother and her adult daughter. It’s also the story of how great love entails great risks. We are often most cruel towards people who are closest to us, because we know that those who love us will be quicker to forgive us.

The film’s leading roles include Joanna Orleańska, Ewa Wiśniewska and Łukasz Simlat. The premiere is planned for November 2014, however, its pre-screening version will be among the thirteen films qualified for the Main Competition of the 39th edition of the Gdynia Film Festival.
