‘The Giant Mechanical Man’ – another amercian production at Alvernia Studios
This spring, yet another American film which was produced at Alvernia Studios will be screened in theatres overseas. In our studio, among others, special effects and 4K colour correction services were provided.
‘The Giant Mechanical Man’ is a comedy about an affair between Janice (Jenna Fischer), a woman in her thirties who has yet to learn how to navigate adulthood, and Tim (Chris Messina), a street performer who works as a “living statue”. There is also Janice’s overbearing sister (Malin Ackerman) and her former boyfriend, an egotistical self-help guru (Topher Grace). Everyone seems to know what’s best for Janice, but it is Tim who helps her find her own voice and realize that it only takes one person to make you feel important.
